outside the town of Beniganim, about 40
miles South of Valencia. Built in 2004, this

quiet countryside, surrounded by small farms

about 100 metres away. It has mains

has a 40 metre long drive with plenty of
room for parking. Access to the house from
the town is via a single track road partly
tarmac and partly unmade track. About 1
hours drive to Valencia or Alicante airport.

The nearest beach is in Gandia, which is
about one hours drive, and has a beautiful,
flat, sandy, clean beach with beach bars
every 200 metres or so, and palm trees on
the beach. Plenty of free parking any time.
Also lots of bars and restaurants. There is
also a harbour for private yachts. Benidorm
is about a 2 hour drive South.

The views from the house, over the valley
and to the hills and mountains beyond are
some of the best in the area. Local long and
short country walks, mountain biking right
outside the gate and horse riding along
quiet tracks. Fishing in the nearby lake
beyond the dam, also rock climbing. No more
building of houses permitted in the general
area.

The town of Beniganim (about 5 minutes drive
away) has all the facilities needed to
provide a family and has lots of bars, three
supermarkets and lots of smaller shops,
trains to Valencia, schools, a community
centre and library, both of which provide
free WIFI access and free use of the
computers/internet, which are in English or
Spanish. Two markets in the town on Tuesday
and des furniture and white
goods.
